Enrolment Requirements

• Proof of date of birth 
  
  - Passport  or Birth Certificate

• Immunisation Status  School Entry Immunisation Certificate available from:  
           
  - Local Council (present your child’s immunisation record)  or
  - Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR)

* Please note that in order for the statement issued by the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register to be a valid School Entry Immunisation Certificate, it must have on the bottom of the statement the clause, “This child has received all vaccines required by 5 years of age.”

Uniform

Hallam Primary School has a compulsory school uniform approved by the Hallam Primary School Council. Students in Year 6 have the option of purchasing a commemorative Year 6 windcheater and/or polo shirt, in addition to their standard school uniform.
